E.R. Schiffahrt has a third party management contract from Maersk Line

E.R. Schiffahrt has won the tender by Danish ship management company Maersk Line to manage six container ships between 2,500 TEU and 11,000 TEU. All of the vessels 
The contract will initially run for five years and includes their crewing and technical operation, as well as measures relating to security, environmental protection and energy efficiency.

Central government plans to develop all the minor and major ports in the country. He said that 200 minor ports and 12 major ports would be developed under the Sagarmala project

The Management Board of the Port of Gadansk signed a 30 year lease on a plot of land located in the port with an area of 26 heactares along the adjacent Ore Pierto build a terminal. The port will handle agricultural goods.

There has been an accident in Waalhaven with two injured due to a collapsed crane. The accident is now under investigation

EU Readies Burundi sanctions - (officially the Republic of Burundi (Africa)
The EU is readying sanctions against four associates of Burundi president Pierre Nkurunziza after he won a disputed third term, diplomatic sources said Tuesday.

Brazil 

RIO DE JANEIRO) - Brazilian group JBS, the world's largest meat producer, announced Tuesday it has completed the purchase of European poultry group Moy Park for $1.5 billion.

The company indicated that the acquisition from Brazil's Marfrig had received the necessary approvals, including from the European Union.


Trade in Services Agreement (TiSA)

Services are an increasingly important in the global economy and a central part of the economy of every EU country.  The EU is the world's largest exporter of services with tens of millions of jobs throughout Europe in the services sector.  Opening up markets for services will mean more growth and jobs.

One of Britain’s biggest trailer hire providers has strengthened its presence in the truck rental market by investing in a new fleet of Mercedes-Benz tractor units. Hireco now has 185 trucks on the road, in service with customers nationwide – the latest additions to its fleet are 35 high-specification Actros 2545
