The vessel just avoided grounding when she left Xiamen. The vessel suddenly went of course and was heading towards shallow waters. It was fortunate that the Vessel Traffic operators were able to warn them in time to avoid this becoming a serious matter.

WTO faults EU in nuts and bolts dispute with China.

The World Trade Organisation on Monday ruled against the European Union in a dispute that has been raging since 2009 between the bloc and China over import duties on nuts and bolts.

EU Delays decision on China market economy status 

The EU on Wednesday said it would wait until later this year to decide if China should finally be considered a real market economy, a status keenly sought by Beijing that would make it harder for Europe to limit its cheap exports.
