All 175 passengers survived the sinking of the vessel with only 16 injuries. The Indonesian authorities are investigating the circumstances around the incident.

The vessel will convert to methanol propulsion after a successful trial on one engine allowing the other three to be converted very soon.

 

 

 Port News

 

The Port of Hamburg which is Germany's largest multi operational port has felt the effects of the downtown in trade with China.  The date indicates a 4.8% decrease against last year's figures.
