Houston's Barbours Cut Terminal

This terminal has been approved to receive post-Panamax vessels and is expected to see in influx of mega sized ships.


Kakinada (Singapore)

Singapore’s PSA International Pte Ltd, the world’s top container terminal operator by volume, plans to set up a container loading facility at Kakinada port in Andhra Prades. This will expand its presence in Asia's third largest economy. 


Port of Rotterdam

The port has instructed the construction of a new jetty at the LBC terminal in Botlek which will provide the port with the necessary capacity to expand services to its customers. The first phase to construct two berths will be completed by mid 2016

Port of Lagos (Nigeria)

Congestion at the port is causing some concern due to the planned closure of the ports by the Maritime Works Union in Nigeria over non-payment of their emoluments and other benefits

 Port of Bronka (Russia)

Dredging is under-way  on the bottom of the Gulf of Finland in Russia which is a Deepwater port under construction south of Kronstadt. The dredging has dispersed dozens of miles west of the Gulf of Finlan.
