Port of Veracruz - Mexico

The ports division of Denmark’s A.P. Moller-Maersk is looking to participate in the tender to expand the Port of Veracruz in southeastern Mexico, and hopes to attact $1.35 billion. This will apply to four or five new terminals.

Chittagong Port

Chittagong port is experiencing container congestion, largely due a slow delivery of cargo due to Eid holidays. With a  total of 28,328 TEUs   of import containers piled up at the port yards, exceeding the port’s capacity of 26,857 TEUs
















Port of Subic Bay- Philippines

Thee volume of container cargo handled the Port of Subic between January and August nearly doubled year on year. In the eight months to August the port processed up to 83,000  TEUs.
